Optimize the performance of your BMW with the N55 engine. The groundbreaking Wagner Tuning EVO 3 high-performance intercooler kit is designed for advanced tuning. This intercooler delivers exceptional performance, with its net dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (23.56L), providing an impressive 165% larger inlet area and an incredible 223% larger charge air volume compared to the standard cooler.
Outstanding technology for maximum performance. Despite its significant size, the intercooler is lightweight and weighs only 13.8 kg. The cast aluminum end tanks are designed with flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure excellent cooling properties.
Components for extreme performance! The EVO3 kit is specifically developed to meet the high demands of tuning the N55 engine. The original snap connections are removed, and the connection diameters at the inlet are increased to Ø65mm and at the outlet to Ø76mm. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe with Ø76mm. The result is optimal cooling of the charge air and a significant improvement in performance!
High-quality design for long life! Our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, ensuring long-lasting and optimal cooling as well as a noticeable increase in performance. The kit is fully ready for installation and includes a modified crossbar. While it is possible to replace stock components, minor adjustments to the cooler support may be necessary due to the extraordinary size.
